AI-first Stockholm based startup Thalius AI is building a “corporate brain” infrastructure for B2B clients to combine LLM-wiki approach with efficient AI memory structure and efficient, high speed and precise toolset for ingestion and retrieval of information with LLMs.
We build a team of AI Team Lead, AI Developers and AI Researchers.
AI Team Lead position would require:
- Strong AI infrastructure knowledge: LLM deep understanding, AI memory types, agentic flows
- Software Development background 5-10 years, preferably backend or fullstack on commercial products
- Good DevOps skills databases, Docker, clouds
- Verbal and written English
Would be a plus:
- Team management experience
- Computer Science or relevant technical university degree
- Interest to deep dive into complex modern AI patterns and research
